Risk Analysis & Order Execution
We monitor all the production processes involved right from sampling stage till shipping of goods. We do Risk Analysis with factory at sample development stage and share all the necessary information with the customer. We send weekly production status report for development, as well as production orders with our customers to keep them informed about all production stages of a particular style.
Quality Auditing
We adhere to strict quality policy to meet customer requirements and ensuring on-time delivery. We engage quality monitor from raw material to packing of goods and conduct various inspections for running orders:
- Pre-Production meeting along with Risk Analysis of the product.
- Raw Material Inspection
- Inline Inspection
- Midline Inspection
- Final Inspection
